The service
Postfleet gives your agent a mailbox and a comprehension pipeline. You reach it over REST and MCP. What the product does — and what it does not claim — is already on the site: the pipeline, the security record, and the docs. Prices live on pricing.
Your account
You are responsible for your keys and for what your agent sends. Do not use the service to abuse recipients, to probe other tenants, or to bypass the gates. We may suspend an account that does.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. Injection screening is measured against a published corpus and is not immunity. Failed or unknown virus verdicts stay fail-closed. See security.
If something breaks
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages. If we are liable anyway, the cap is what you paid us in the month the claim arose. The injection guarantee on pricing is the specific promise we put money behind. It is not a broader warranty.
Changes
We may update this page. The effective date at the top is the one that applies. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Material changes to how we handle mail will also land on privacy.
