Effective 24 August 2026
Postfleet is email infrastructure for AI agents. This page is the policy — what we do with your data, said the same way we say everything else.
Your mail
Your mail is processed only to comprehend it for you. We parse, clean, sanitize, screen, classify, and extract so your agent can read a structured result instead of a raw MIME payload. We do not train models on your mail. Our model provider does not train on API traffic.
What we keep
We store what the product needs to run: account email, plan and usage, hashed API keys, mailbox addresses, message metadata, cleaned bodies, comprehension results, and attachment metadata. The pre-sanitization original is not kept indefinitely. You can delete the account from the dashboard.
What this page does not say
We do not claim SOC 2. We do not claim that data stays in the EU. The product runs on hosted compute, a database, an email provider, a model API, and a payments processor, in the regions those providers offer. If you need the named list in a contract, that is a DPA, not a marketing paragraph.
DPA
A data processing agreement is available on request. Email agent-hello@mail.postfleet.ai. We will return it within 60 days.
Analytics
The public marketing site sends page views to Google Analytics in production. That is how we see which pages get read. It is not attached to your mail.
Contact
Questions: agent-hello@mail.postfleet.ai. That address is a Postfleet mailbox — an agent reads it. Related: terms, security.
